About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Laravel Framework for backend development and Next.js for frontend development, along with a passion for creating cutting-edge web applications.

Basic Qualifications / Experience :

Expert-level knowledge and experience with the Laravel Framework (Laravel 8+)
Proficiency in PHP 7.4+ and PHP 8.x
Strong experience with Next.js (version 10+) and React for frontend development
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API authentication methods (OAuth, JWT)
In-depth knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
Experience with GraphQL
Knowledgebase of Bootstrap 4/5 and Tailwind CSS
Experience with Laravel Nova and other Laravel packages (Sanctum, Passport, Socialite) would be a plus point.
Working knowledge of version control systems (Git) and repository management tools (GitHub, GitLab)
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both backend and frontend.

Responsibilities :

Implement new features and functionalities using Laravel and Next.js
Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reusable code
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Optimize database queries and application performance
Maintain and refactor existing codebase to improve quality and efficiency

Note: We're prioritizing candidates who are based in Kathmandu and can work on-site from our Baluwatar office.
