FightBack Pvt. Ltd., a leading violence and harassment safety education program, is seeking individuals passionate about empowering diverse groups—including girls, boys, men, women, parents, and teachers—to develop critical mental and vocal skills for preventing, mitigating, and managing risks of sexual violence.

We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our 10-days Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program for Soft Skill Trainers. Upon completing the program, you’ll play a vital role in training school students, parents, teachers, and professionals in institutions, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to respond to threats of violence and harassment effectively.

Position: Soft Skill Trainer
Employment Type: (Part-time and Full-time Opportunities Available)
Location: Baghdole, Lalitpur
Reporting and Supervision: The Soft Skill Trainer will report to the Head Soft Skill Trainer and the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions following the standards and techniques from the FightBack TTT program.

Requirements:

Strong presentation and communication skills.
A team player with listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken Nepali, Maithili, and/or Bhojpuri.
Intermediate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Comfort with video conferencing tools like Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, criminology, or related humanities fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an NGO, INGO, or training-related project.

Fightback is a sexual violence risk reduction education program in Nepal. It offers a comprehensive program that integrates both soft skills and physical techniques for addressing violence and harassment. Fightback has made significant strides in our mission to address violence and harassment. Our in-person training and outreach have now benefited a total of 111,500 individuals, spanning 35 districts in Nepal. This includes 61,500 women and girls, as well as 50,000 boys, men, parents, and teachers. Specifically, 54,000 girls and 7,500 women have received training, along with 38,500 boys, 5,000 men, 5,700 parents, and 800 teachers.

FightBack International is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working globally to reduce the risk of sexual violence by empowering women, girls, and communities with mental, vocal, and physical skills. In Nepal, FightBack operates through its local entity, FightBack Nepal a registered non-profit entity headquartered in Bagdole, Lalitpur.
