Social Worker

• Facilitate in the up-to-date management of children’s data
• Develop and maintain children friendly environment in the home
• Participate in the home’s planning and reporting process
• Follow up daily tutorial classes for the children
• Manage holiday session (facilitate guest speakers, get materials, movies, etc.)
• School visit to assess academic and behavioral concerns by coordinating and maintaining communication with schools
• Manage the time schedule of the children
• Make an individual dialogue and provide counselling for any concerns that the children may encounter
• Make medical screening and referral, consulting on minor health issues
• Monitoring the provision of monthly nutritional allowance as advised by the nutritionist
• Monitoring the provision of school materials (uniforms, stationery, clothes, etc.)
• Write reports on the activities and providing any essential feedback
• An overall management of the use of library and awareness creation
• Support in the overall development of the children
• Orientation of the elderly children on reproductive and sexual health
• Be part of the home’s management team
• Be at home day and night on rotation basis
