Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners in Nursery and LKG and support their early childhood development. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and child-centered learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on Montessori and early childhood education principles
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain records
Guide children in developing basic skills such as communication, motor skills, and social interaction
Collaborate with parents and provide regular feedback on child development
Assist in organizing school activities, events, and celebrations
Ensure proper care, hygiene, and safety of children at all times
Work closely with other staff to maintain a nurturing daycare and learning environment

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or above
Training in Montessori or Early Childhood Education is an advantage
Prior experience working with young children is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching
Ability to handle young children with care and empathy
Basic classroom management skills
