Job Description

The Social worker will responsible to support for implementation overall project activities at Municipal level in the respective areas ensuring compliance with World Education Inc. sectoral and quality standards, Government’s policies and CDS norms. The Social Worker will be responsible for supporting the monitoring, evaluation, documentation, coordination, communication and reporting of Project. H/She have responsible to provide appropriate technical and functional support, and managing relationships with sectoral key stakeholders including Changunarayan and Suryabinayak Municipality.  

Reports To: Direct report to Monitoring and Evaluation Officer 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support project team (Monitoring and Evaluation Officer & Social Mobilizer) in the development and implementation of Project activities at Municipal level as well as an M&E system and oversee routine program monitoring activities
  • Support to utilize the Collaborative, Learning and Adapting Approach to continually assess project progress and inform project management decision-making
  • Provide support to performance evaluation process in collaboration with World Education Inc. and the independent evaluation team
  • Support to ensure the quality of M&E related data to be collected throughout the program implementation
  • Participate in the preparation and facilitation of informational meetings with Municipality, relevant stakeholders and World Education Inc
  • Support to document results of the M & E system and produce periodic reports required by World Education Inc. and other stakeholders
  • Support the various program teams in data analysis
  • Knowledge and experience on case management
  • Basic training on case management and/or psycho social counseling
  • Ability to engage with communities
  • Budget allocation for field level activities and planning
