Job Description

Project:              Living Community Project (LC)
Age:                  25 or Above
Salary:              15,000 Rs
Duty:                 5 days Night Shift / 1Day Shift
Gender:             Female
Supervisor:        Program Manager and Chairwomen 

Job contract  : January 2016 to December 2017

Job description and responsibilities:
Work to fulfill vision, mission and goal of the Living Community according to the objectives in our mission statement. 

You are mainly responsible for managing and coordinating activities with children and administrative tasks related to the Living Community project. 
1.    Field Station/Site Thasikhel
2.    Office Administration

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall development of the children
  • Develop and implement creative and supporting activities 
  • Crisis intervention and conflict management, maintaining security
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management
  • Cooperation with networking organization 
  • Field visit (family and school visit)
  • Conduct short and long trips during school vacation 

Administrative:

  • Maintain individual record files of children (includes health report, exam report, assessment report) 
  • Update documents related to the Living community project
  • Visit government office regular and submit reports 

Reporting:

  • Documentation of individual child report 
  • Family progress report of the child’s family 
  • Annual planning of individual children and planning for their leave from Living community 
  • Answering e-mails of the Program Manager and Chairwomen from Germany
  • Writing team meeting minutes and protocol
  • Prepare and submit requested documents to Project Coordinators and Program Manager 

Controlling:

  • Take care of the whole property of the project where you are responsible
  • Taking care of security in the night with overall lock system of the house

We are looking for a motivated female candidate who has: 

  • Minimum Bachelor degree social work or related field
  • 5 years work experience working with children
  • Great interest in child development and child psychology
  • Professional English skills (conversation and reporting)

Your Office hours: 4:00 pm to 10:00 am and as per need of the project. Extra hours during kid’s holiday
