Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated Tuition Teacher (Evening Class) for immediate appointment. The teacher will provide evening tuition to students of Grades 5, 7 and 8, focusing on Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. The role requires strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a child-friendly teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evening tuition classes to students of Grades 5, 7 and 8
Teach Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
Support students with homework, exam preparation, and concept clarification
Create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain discipline and uphold the values of Bodhisattva Vihara

Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
Able to teach students of Grades 5, 7 and 8

Age range: More than 30 years

Work Schedule:

Time: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (1.5 hours daily)
Days: 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday; except Friday)
Duration: Mid-January to Mid-March (3 months)

Note: Preference will be given to male candidates who are punctual, responsible, and committed to students’ academic progress residing in the Budhanilkantha area.
