Build up Nepal promotes earthquake-resistant and eco friendly housing through CSEB interlocking bricks and production machines. The Social Mobilizer/Sales Officer will expand adoption of this technology across Province 1. You will work directly with different communities, entrepreneurs, local governments, and private customers to increase sales of machines and bricks, while strengthening local enterprises.

Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Marketing, or related field. Diploma holders with strong field experience may also apply.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social mobilization, community engagement, or field sales. Experience in construction materials, enterprise development, or development projects preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Salary Range: NRs 35,000 to 50,000 per month based on experience and performance.
