We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Video Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing engaging videos that attract and inform our target audience about job opportunities and our services. You will play a key part in enhancing our brand visibility, community engagement, and recruitment success through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Video content strategy attracting targeted audiences.
Research trending audio, challenges, and formats on Video to create relevant and engaging content.
Generate innovative video ideas that highlight available job opportunities and the benefits of our services.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure content aligns with overall company goals and messaging.
Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video utilizing in-app editing tools and external software as needed.
Incorporate creative elements such as text overlays, sound effects, music, and transitions to enhance video engagement.
Ensure all content is visually appealing, professional, and consistent with our brand guidelines.
Monitor social media analytics to track content performance, identify trends, and inform future content creation.
Actively engage with comments and direct messages to foster a community and answer basic inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with social media algorithm changes and best practices to maximize reach and visibility.
Experiment with different content formats (e.g., tutorials, day-in-the-life, testimonials, Q&A) to maintain audience interest.
Portray the company's services and values in a positive, authentic, and appealing manner.
Showcase the benefits of working with our company, such as job security, training opportunities, and career growth.
Highlight the success stories of workers placed through our services.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in social media content creation, especially video (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Proficiency in video editing tools and mobile apps
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics
Excellent storytelling, visual, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking
