Join Our Team: Social Media Specialist

Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for crafting engaging content and a passion for building online communities? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Handler to join our team and take our digital presence to the next level!

Location: 4th Floor, Trade Tower, Thapathali

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to increase engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
