Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while building a strong online community. You will collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful social strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage daily operations across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Create engaging copy, visuals, and short-form videos tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop campaign assets.
  • Launch and monitor paid social campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
  • Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Monitor conversations, trends, and mentions to maintain brand reputation.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously test content formats, posting times, and campaign strategies to optimize results.
