We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Officer to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and drive audience growth across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, video editing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute social media content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and promotional materials.
Shoot, edit, and publish creative videos for social media platforms.
Design social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials.
Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising campaigns.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
Implement basic SEO and digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility.
Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, promotional campaigns, and business objectives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree (completed or running) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Experience in video shooting, editing, and content production.
Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and content performance tracking.
Ability to create viral and trend-based content.
