We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Officer to develop and execute engaging social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaigns using analytics tools
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and monitor their ROI
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
Stay updated on industry trends, social media tools, and best practices updated on meta adds

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of Marketing principles
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
