Role Overview
As our Social Media Marketing Manager/Content Creator, you'll play a vital role in bringing our brand to life online. You will be responsible for strategizing our digital marketing efforts, crafting and executing a social media strategy that amplifies our brand's voice and builds genuine connections. From Instagram Reels to TikTok stories and everything in between, you'll have the creative freedom to engage our audience in unique and exciting ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Bring our homes and communities to life through compelling content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Step in front of the camera as our brand ambassador, using green screen technology to create visually stunning videos.
Design eye-catching flyers and promotional materials that capture the essence of Ascon Homes.
Engage daily with our community on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, responding to comments and messages with warmth and professionalism
Analyze social media insights to refine our approach and drive meaningful engagement with our audience.

Requirements:

A proven track record in social media marketing and content creation, ideally within real estate or construction.
Proficiency in creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and Facebook posts.
Comfortable behind and in front of the camera, with experience using green screen technology.
Strong storytelling skills and a passion for bringing stories to life through visuals.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships online.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
