Objectives of the role :

• Increase brand awareness and outreach
• Attract wider audiences and increase engagement on various platforms
• Establish a communication link with the audience

Responsibilities :

• Active interactions with online users, stimulating, guiding, and participating in conversations. 
• Authoring responses on the fly
• Identify and escalate trends, topics, sentiments, and emerging issues
• Review and take appropriate action on social media posts, including rejecting or approving content, tracking, and escalating according to brand guidelines
• Triage and respond to customers’ questions by selecting and personalising previously prepared responses or in a social context
• Assist in marketing activities and special events
• Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
  

Remuneration, Benefits and perks :

Base Salary: Rs 40,000 - 50,000 or higher commensurate with experiences.
