We are seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Social Media Handler and Digital Content Creator to manage our online platform and produce engaging digital content across multiple platforms for our valuable Clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, branding, and audience engagement.

This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content while maintaining consistent brand communication and increasing online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain social media platforms.
Create engaging digital content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional materials.
Capture and edit photos/videos for social media campaigns.
Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with the creative department & client servicing department for campaign execution.
Analyze social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing study in Marketing, Media, IT, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media handling, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, and digital branding is a plus
Photography/videography skills will be an added advantage
