Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with company goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, and stories).
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure brand relevance.
  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and branding.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, PR, and marketing) to align social strategies with campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) — engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance to maximize results.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional campaigns.
