Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Kathmandu. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, and optimizing social media performance. The role also involves monitoring social media trends, engaging with the online community, and collaborating with the creative team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively and think creatively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in video production or a creative agency is a plus
