Job Description: Social Media Manager
Location: Guras Kunja Building, 2nd and 4th Floor, Thapagaun, Okhar Bot Marga, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Role Overview:

Smart Educational Academy is seeking two dynamic and creative Social Media Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving awareness about our educational programs through strategic social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Develop, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories to promote the academy’s brand.

Social Media Strategy:

Plan and execute social media campaigns to meet marketing goals.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
Build relationships with the online community to foster trust and loyalty.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new strategies into the social media plan.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align social media activities with institutional goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong creative writing and visual design skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
