About the job

We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, passionate about digital trends, and skilled in crafting impactful strategies to enhance our online presence. You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, high-quality, and original content tailored to each platform.
Schedule and manage posts across various social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to optimize campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing and business initiatives.
Manage online interactions and build relationships with the community.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform tools).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful strategy improvements.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
