Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team at Popeye Studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in managing our clients' social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with each client's marketing goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) across various social media platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of their industries.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
