Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team at Popeye Studios. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in managing our clients' social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with each client's marketing goals and target audience.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) across various social media platforms.
Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of their industries.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
