Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing, and communication needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Major Responsibilities

Design posts, proposals, banners, standees, flyers, and other visual materials for Mero Coding Class and Hamro Academy.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
Create engaging and visually appealing content for both digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with the media/content team to meet project goals and deadlines.
Handle necessary printing for proposals and other required materials.
Provide design support for special events, campaigns, and institutional needs.
Assist in maintaining an organized archive of design files and resources.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar software.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
Familiarity with social media design trends.
