Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Spark Technologies Pvt Ltd located in Kathmandu. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating and implementing social media strategies, monitoring analytics, and engaging with the online community. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling social media campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven experience of around 6 months up to 1 year in managing social media platforms and implementing successful social media strategies
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create engaging and relevant content
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics
Experience with social media management tools
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
