We are a leading nursery located in Bhaktapur, dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality plants and gardening products. We seek a creative and motivated Social Media Handler to join our team and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, including ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
• Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
