Position: Social Media Handler

Location: Bhaktapur

Salary: Negotiable

About Us:

We are a leading nursery located in Bhaktapur, dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality plants and gardening products. We seek a creative and motivated Social Media Handler to join our team and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor and analyze social media trends, including ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
