Roles and Responsibilities 

The Content & Social Media individual is highly motivated, creative with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of 

turning fans into customers. We are looking to hire a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist with a strong passion for digital marketing to aid our company with a strong online prominence. 

Communication Strategy 

  • One key trait that we would expect our Communication Strategist to demonstrate is the spirit of growing with the brand 
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.  
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge 
  • A professional with experience in paid social media marketing and digital media campaigns  
  • Manage and oversee social media content 
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign 
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams 
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization 

Digital Content 

  • You should be a good storyteller and device new content interventions to engage with the relevant online communities 
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for multiple brands related to health and wellness 
  • Engagement Strategy - The individual should listen, respond, ask questions and engage our audience. There should be careful consideration on how he/she responds to organic (non-paid) leads that appear in the comment section of our posts.

Influencer Marketing 

  • Create influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand story 
  • Collaborating with popular digital advocate 
  • Defining brand communication conversations 
  • Managing database and market research for identifying new influencers 
  • Maintaining business relations with celebrity management agencies and publishing websites 
  • Ideal candidate should be someone who has the following: 
  • Has contacts of influencers and knows them on a personal level- especially in the technology field, since we are talking about Mobiles 
  • Has implemented influencer marketing campaigns and understands the cost and performance matrix

The right candidate will put great emphasis on quality content and clear messaging to reduce promotion spends and maximize ROI in terms of leads, follower base and engagement.

  • Measure & Analyze to Establish ROI: Measure results on a daily basis. Your results should tie back to your objectives and provide a clear understanding of the returns you are getting. A few points to measure would be Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, and Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate and Quality, Negative Feedback.
