Brihatpreneurs is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Marketing Executive to grow our presence in the Nepali market. The role involves both digital and on-ground marketing activities to build brand awareness, attract customers, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok – key platforms)
Create engaging, locally relevant content tailored to Nepali audiences
Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with budget efficiency
Conduct market research to understand local customer behavior and trends
Execute field marketing activities such as events, college activations, and promotions
Build partnerships with local influencers and communities
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and conversions
Track campaign performance and prepare reports

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (running candidates may be considered)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends in Nepal
Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel locally for field marketing
Must have 2 wheeler driving license

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools like Canva, video editing apps, or basic design tools
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Experience working with influencers or content creators in Nepal
