We are seeking a creative, experienced, and responsible Social Media Executive to manage and oversee the digital presence of our hospital in Palpa. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, coordinating with internal departments, monitoring online engagement, and ensuring consistent and professional communication across all digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Promote hospital services, academic programs, events, and health awareness campaigns
Design basic graphics, captions, reels, and short videos in coordination with the media team
Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Coordinate with departments for content ideas and updates
Maintain the institution’s online brand image and communication standards
Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing tools
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, IT, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in social media management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) preferred
Experience in healthcare or educational institutions will be an advantage
Other Requirements:
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work from Palpa (on-site)
