Job Description

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and platforms, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of social media advancements.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content, including images, videos, and copy aligning with Marketing and Graphic design team.
  • Coordinate and maintain an editorial calendar for regular posting and campaign launches.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain the brand's presence on various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Optimise social media profiles to maximise reach and impact.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute exciting social media campaigns that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners for co-branded campaigns.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Create regular reports highlighting key KPIs and campaign results.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams: counsellors, marketing, design, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
