Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage all the social media channels of the company
Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
Create, curate and manage all published content (image, video and written)
Regular monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis report
Be able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics
Working with other departments to design, create and manage product release, social ad campaigns and other brand messages
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Minimum experience of 1 year in related field
Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
Maintains excellent writing and language skills
Practices superior time management
Is a team player with the confidence to lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management)
Demonstrates winning social customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
