Responsibilities

• Research and write new content to assist marketing campaigns of multiple clients .
• Work closely with marketing team members and creative team members 
• For social media, a content writer at Baama Consultant would have a specialized role focused on creating engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience of doctors, clinics, polyclinics, and hospitals. The responsibilities would include:
• Writing concise and impactful posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This could include health tips, promotional updates, and patient success stories. 
• Planning content and preparing the content calendar of multiple clients in collaboration with Social media manager team to ensure a consistent and timely social media presence, aligning with healthcare events, awareness days, and client-specific promotions.
• Working with graphic designers and videos editors teams to create infographics, quote cards, and other visual content that complement written posts.
•  Writing engaging narratives that humanize healthcare providers, sharing behind-the-scenes insights, patient journeys, or day-in-the-life content that can be shared through stories or reels.
• Writing responses to patient comments or inquiries on social media, maintaining a professional and caring tone.
• Keeping up with social media trends in healthcare/ other adapting content to new formats (like reels, stories, and carousels), and finding creative ways to communicate health-related messages.
• Writing script for video shoot, generating subtitles,preparing questions for interview of healthcare person or patients or other related persons .
• Prepare the script for promotion/marketing content in Nepali as well as English language 
• This focused role ensures that the social media presence of healthcare providers is strong, consistent, and aligned with their branding and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, biology science or relevant work experience in content writing and research for social Media
• Proficiency in Nepali and English language both speaking and writing
• Should be able to work in team and in time given frame
• priority to the person who is familiar with healthcare services, disease and healthcare content, topic and terminology 
• able to work for multiple clients on daily basis
