We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Executive to manage and execute the daily digital presence of Avinya Store. As a leading destination for ergonomic furniture and seating solutions, Avinya Store is committed to communicating its brand values, comfort, design, and well-being across all digital touchpoints.

This role focuses exclusively on content creation, platform management, and digital execution. The ideal candidate will understand how to translate the ergonomic lifestyle narrative into compelling, audience-first social content.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms for both organic and paid content
Schedule and publish daily content across all active channels
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
Upload and manage stories, reels, posts, and highlights aligned with Avinya's brand voice

Content Creation & Social Media Promotion:

Create engaging video content through on-site shooting and mobile videography
Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for social media platforms
Write attractive captions, promotional texts, and campaign content
Upload and promote content through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Increase product visibility and audience engagement through creative marketing approaches

Content Coordination:

Coordinate with photographers, video editors, and external agencies for content production
Organise product shoot schedules and prepare briefs for product requirements
Maintain and execute the monthly content calendar in line with campaigns and product launches
Source and develop content ideas that reflect ergonomic lifestyle, workspace wellness, and product education

Engagement & Reporting:

Monitor and respond to engagement, comments, messages, and customer inquiries
Coordinate lead responses and inquiries with the sales and marketing team
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with key metrics and insights
Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform content strategy

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all captions, visuals, and communications align with Avinya Store's brand positioning
Uphold high standards in visual storytelling — showcasing products in lifestyle and workspace contexts
Avoid inconsistent or off-brand communication; act as the guardian of the brand's digital identity
Maintain quality in audience interaction that reflects the store's premium, customer-first ethos

CSR & Relationship Coordination:

Coordinate with the marketing team for CSR and community nurturing communication
Support campaigns around workspace wellness awareness and ergonomic education initiatives

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's level education in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong practical experience in handling social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Hands-on experience in content creation, video shooting, editing, and online promotion
Experience in customer handling, field sales, or brand promotion will be an added advantage
Ability to perform in a target-driven and performance-based environment
