  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and interactive community around our brand.
  • Audience Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of followers, likes, and shares on our social media platforms.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns and promotions effectively. Generate content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and features to ensure Kirana remains ahead of the curve.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a well-organized content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • User-Generated Content: Encourage and curate user-generated content that showcases our products or services and enhances our brand image.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers who can positively impact our online presence.
