We are seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging short-form video content and drive influencer marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling travel-related content, growing brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and collaborating with influencers to promote White Tiger Holidays' services and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality social media content showcasing destinations, travel experiences, customer stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal travel trends.
• Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Research social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and platform updates to maximize content reach and engagement.
• Create compelling storytelling content that highlights travel experiences and brand values.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and social interactions when required.
• Track content performance metrics and generate reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and special events.
• Attend travel events, tours, and activities to capture real-time content when required.
