We offer a variety of industry specific services from administrative support, loan processing compliance review management, to digital marketing, web design and development, content creation and more.

We are on the lookout for a versatile and dynamic individual to fill the position of Social Media Assistant. This role offers the unique opportunity to help of managing social media accounts for our esteemed clients, primarily mortgage brokers located across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching graphics, images, and videos for use on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media channels.
  • Create compelling content tailored to each client's brand and audience. 
  • Stay up to date with current design trends and best practices in social media to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Assist in managing the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the creation of written content for social media posts, including captions and hashtags. 
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies for clients.
  • Analyse engagement metrics to ensure content resonates with the target audience and adjust strategies accordingly.

Who You Are:

  • Must have completed Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-year prior experience in Social media marketing, Content Creation, Graphic Design or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficient in Canva and Cap Cut.
  • Strong Knowledge of Generative AI Tools: Chat GPT, COPY.AI & others, use for the Social Media Contents.
  • You have a knack for organization and an eye for detail, capable of juggling various tasks efficiently.
  • You possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable interacting with clients and team members alike.
  • You are creative and strategic, with a solid understanding of social media platforms and their use in business marketing.
