Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content is delivered across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic content delivery.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to measure and report on key performance metrics.
  • Organize and execute online events, webinars, and live streams to engage with the audience and promote the brand.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
  • Provide training and support to team members on social media and digital marketing best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign results and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience in social media management and digital preferably within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK on a business visa once a year.
