Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage construction activities, coordinate with workers, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and support successful project execution on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the progress of all construction activities on site
Ensure all on-site workers adhere to health and safety regulations
Implement industry best practices and safety protocols
Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of on-site workers
Regularly check inventory and place orders for building materials
Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
Perform first aid during emergencies if needed
Conduct site inspections and ensure the site is free from hazards
Maintain accurate attendance and work logs for all site workers

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision within construction or real estate projects
Ability to read and interpret drawings and implement work accordingly
Dynamic leadership to manage and supervise site workers
Knowledge of health, safety, and industry best practices
