• Must have Bachelor or Diploma in Interior design or Diploma in Architect or Civil
  
• Experience of one year or minimum 6 month on the field of construction supervision
  
• Good communication skills and ability to instruct workers in proper manners
  
• Proper knowledge of engineering drawings
  
• Proper knowledge of Autocad 2D (and other 3D software will be plus point)
  
• Should visit to sites outside valley when needed
  
• Should have Driving license and one with own 2 wheeler is more preferable
  
• Should be Enthusiastic, Motivated, Good learner and  ability to work in team
