Hydropower/Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall Supervision of construction work, inventory, materials purchase/stock/consumption and Day-to-Day reporting within the Construction Division of Gorakshya Hydropower, while ensuring safe, environmentally sound, cost effective and efficient practices are in place in Operation Sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the construction Site
• Supervision and training to the staff for better site management
• Organization and supervision to the site workers
• Elaboration of drawings, if necessary
• Keeping records of the consumption of site materials
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report on the progress of work and consumption of construction materials.
• Must be well aware & experienced on Tunnel Work, Head Works and Power House Works
• Reporting to the technical head of the project.
• All other works as assigned by Site Incharge or Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (3-years) engineering training in civil/construction/hydropower engineering or 6 years of experience on construction site management after completion of higher secondary school.
• Minimum three (3) years supervisory position experience in the field of hydropower/construction as well as organizational and managerial capacities
• Fluent in Nepali and Proficient in English in both speaking and writing.
• Hands-on attitude, honest, punctual, hardworking and Smart Personality
• Hands-on Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Presentation). Engineering Software will be an advantage.
• Must be willing & ready to deploy and work in Construction Site.
• Food, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided at site as per company rule.
