Future Works Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. uses revolutionary Pinnacle Building System Technology (PBST)® that combines the best of steel and concrete to provide safe, energy efficient residential and commercial structures. Steel frames, studs and concrete tiles are fabricated in our factory. We can either provide solutions for just the structure or the management of complete construction as a turnkey project.Buildings can range from 1 storey to 8 storey, and can have a continuous span of up to 15 meters

Job Description

Reporting to: General Manager/ Project Manager/Finance Manage

Function: Communication, Production, Factory Supervision

Responsibilities:

As an operation manager of a Light Gauge Steel factoryyou will oversee the production process, coordinate all production activities and operations. You will make sure goods are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards. The scope of the job depends on the nature of the production system. You will be responsible for both human and material resources. 

  • Plan and draw up a production schedule 
  • Communicate with head office to  Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate 
  • Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance 
  • Determining and implementing productivity and quality control standards 
  • Ensure cost effective production by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with managers 
  • Monitor the production processes and adjust/ re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary 
  • Schedule and organize routine maintenance work and repair of any damaged equipment 
  • Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals 
  • Make production and stock reports for projects 
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers 
  • Review worker performance and identify training needs.

Working Location and Hours 

  • Factory location is in Hetauda Industrial District, Makawanpur 
    You can expect to work around 48 hours per week.  
  • The role may involve shift work and extended hours to meet deadline 
  • You will be based on factory with occasional visit to the head office. 

Note:

Probation Period: 3 Months on job training

Salary: Negotiable on the basis of experiences & working ability.
