Once it enters our waste stream we continue to separate your waste into different recyclable categories ensuring that the right materials get to the right industries. Job Description

Scrap Management

Manage daily scrap inventory
Manage scrap trading in coordination with trading staff and stake holders
Able to identify the nature of scraps like need to hold, dismantle, sale immediately, refurbish
Able to make judgement for optimal valuation of scrap purchase and sales

E-Waste

Manage record keeping of incoming and outgoing e-waste
Self motivated to explore the technicality of ewaste handling, disposal and management

Manage Site Operations

Work assignment to all operation staff
Set priority and target for sorting staff
Manage pickup vehicle movement
Record keeping of all scrap sales and purchase
Assign work to technician for E-waste handling
Maintain proper health and safety environment in workplace

Strategic Involvement

Make all operational procurement
Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions required for operation
Oversee operation expense and revenue, reporting and auditing
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Assist Accountant, Communications and HR team with necessary information
