• Managing parts of construction projects & overseeing building work
• Undertaking surveys and ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
• Good understanding of building drawings and fluent in AutoCAD
• Should communicate regularly about the condition and progress of site with both clients and the company in both verbal and written
• Should strictly adhere to the clauses of contract and immediately take action and send written letters to clients about the implications of the situation according to contract
• Should take initiative in mobilizing manpower and heavy equipment machineries according to work schedule
• Creative and interested in experimenting
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a busy but friendly team environment
• Willing to travel and stay on site when needed

Salary: 30 - 35 thousand for outside valley and 20 - 25 thousand  for Inside valley
