About the job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage the Operation & Maintenance of our Solar Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations by:

• Planning and supervising daily site activities to ensure safe, quality task completion.
• Analyzing breakdowns and technical issues, preparing RCA reports, and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining targeted PR and system availability, taking corrective/preventive actions for any abnormalities.
• Scheduling and executing preventive maintenance on power transformers, solar inverters, SMBs, VCBs, CT, PT, 132kV transmission lines, and auxiliary components.
• Conducting IR, magnetizing current, magnetic balance, voltage ratio, and vector group tests on transformers.
• Rectifying faults related to Fimer and other inverters according to OEM SOPs.
• Maintaining and verifying records and documentation of daily work and preventive maintenance.
• Analyzing weather reports from the Weather Monitoring Station.
• Communicating progress, status, and issues with the client and organization management team.
• Implementing safe work practices according to plant site safety procedures.
