Roles and responsibilities of this job

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions at the site.
Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary allocations.

Accounting and Reporting:

Use Tally software to manage accounts and generate financial reports.
Reconcile site-level accounts and report discrepancies to management.

Procurement Support:

Oversee payments for site materials and services.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure proper documentation of purchases.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Comply with organizational and statutory financial regulations.

Support to Project Management:

Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for the bridge construction project.
Collaborate with site engineers and project managers on financial matters.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.

Skills:

Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare and maintain financial reports accurately.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work on-site on Banshilaghat Bridge between Udayapur & Khotang
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Nepali and English.
