Job Description

The position holder will maintain and manage clinic files/folders and assist Assistant Area Welfare Officer (AAWO) on matters relating to clinic’s routine maintenance works. Additionally, s/he will assist AAWO in preparation of clinic monthly reports and returns, records matter and maintain pensioners’ risk assessment for monthly return and provide support during home base pension payment periods. S/he will further assist AAWO in the processing of SMC bills including receiving phone calls, entertaining pensioner queries and supporting the pensioner in the claim process as required. S/he also must manage office stationery and equipment and purchase official items from local shops and collection and delivery of official mail etc.
