Salesperson duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products, and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. You should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
  • Creates or updates customer profile records.
  • Processes purchases and returns.
  • Alerts management of potential security issues.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Helps with the store opening and closing process.

Location: Lalitpur (Labim Mall), Kathmandu (Civil Mall), Darbar Marg (Flagship Store)

Working hours: (10 am to 8pm for male, 10am to 7:30 pm for female)-including breaks

Days off: Monthly four days off/plus others upon negotiation

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Working knowledge of market and customer requirements and
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising would be an added advantage
  • Sales principles and customer service practices
