Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Competitive knowledge of four wheelers and the present market scenario of automobile industry
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff, including sales associates and support personnel.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Manage showroom budgets and expenses, including ordering supplies and equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and feedback.
Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Prepare and present regular reports on showroom performance, sales metrics, and staff productivity.
Utilize sales data and market research to make informed decisions and optimize showroom operations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Note: Salary will be provided based on candidate's prior work experience.
