  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, showroom operations, or quality control, ideally in tiles or building materials.
  • Strong eye for detail and design sensibility.
  • Familiarity with tile products, patterns, and merchandising is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to different showroom locations.

Note: Must be willing to travel outside the valley.


Job Description

The Showroom Inspector will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring that tile showrooms consistently reflect the brand’s quality, aesthetic standards, and operational excellence. The role includes inspecting product displays, showroom maintenance, visual merchandising, and adherence to company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities : 

  • Visit the showroom and take the measurements.
  • Prepare 2D & 3D for the area assigned for the showroom by the dealer.
  • Finalise the fabricator for the showroom making.
  • Cassatte work has to be assigned to the cassatte vendor.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tile showrooms across designated regions.
  • Ensure tile displays are well-arranged, clean, properly labeled, and free from damage.
  • Verify that showroom aesthetics (lighting, flooring, wall displays) align with branding and marketing standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of product placement and promotional material visibility.
  • Check stock levels for sample tiles and promotional materials.
  • Inspect facility cleanliness, staff presentation, and overall customer readiness.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or operational issues.
  • Collaborate with showroom staff to implement necessary corrections and improvements.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings, photos, and recommendations.
  • Provide feedback to management on showroom performance and customer-facing issues.
  • Ensure that the showroom is completed within the set time frame and handover it done to the Dealer.
