Short-Term Consultancy Assignment
Financial Reconciliation and Budget Consistency Support for SUSWA Project Closure
The Sustainable WASH for All (SUSWA) Project invites applications from qualified consultants to undertake a short-term assignment on Financial Reconciliation and Budget Consistency Support as part of the project's financial closure process.
Assignment Objective
The assignment aims to strengthen the project's financial readiness for closure by ensuring consistency, traceability and accuracy of Municipal WASH Fund planning and budgeting across all 28 partner Local Governments.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant team will be responsible for:
Duration
The assignment shall be completed within 15 calendar days from contract commencement.
The assignment is entirely desk-based, with no field visits required. Consultations will be conducted remotely with PSU staff, WASH Advisors and partner Local Governments.
Required Qualifications
The consultant team should demonstrate:
To ensure timely completion, the consultant shall mobilize at least three qualified professionals capable of reviewing multiple Local Government budgets simultaneously.
