Position Overview:
We are currently in search of an experienced and highly skilled Senior Service Technician specializing in Home Appliances to become an integral part of our team in Balkumari, Lalitpur. This position is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers through diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of a broad spectrum of home appliances, adhering to manufacturer specifications. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in leading and supporting junior technicians across various districts, ensuring high standards of service and technical excellence are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on home appliances including but not limited to Air Conditioners, Chest Freezers, Chimneys, Refrigerators, Showcases, Solar Water Heaters, and Washing Machines, following manufacturer guidelines.
Lead and support junior technicians across different districts, offering training, guidance, and expertise to foster their professional growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Maintain meticulous records of service calls, parts used, and the duration of each job.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and the measures taken to resolve them.
Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.
Use computer software for diagnostics and tracking of repairs efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical problems.
Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in appliance repair and maintenance.
